try going for a shimmery bronzer/highlighter or a shimmery blush. Try Physicains Formula shimmer strips in vegas strip/light bronzer. Lightly sweep across the colors from darkest to lightest with a fluffy brush. Go across your cheekbones and temples. Anymore than this and you risk looking oily. For a more subtle, rosey glow take a shimmery blush such as CoverGirl trublends naturally luminous blush and lightly brush it all over the apples of your cheeks. Add just a tad on the temples. Finish with a spritz of evian or other water to set the look. Do not use powder if you are going for a dewy makeup look because it just makes it appear more matte.

I think you are referring to highlighter. If that is the case, then I suggest what I use: Picture Perfect from Coonobabe. It's a great touch I use for the extra sparkle. made in the USA. don't test on animals, plus they ship it to you 4 free.

Have a look at the Avon brochure, they have amazing powders in there that you apply lightly after foundation and will give you the shine you are after
something bronze like clinique matte bronzer or if you want it to shimmer then chanel bronze universal. they both are great so cant chose which is best
