use makeup that's oil free.
use the minimal amount. just enough to cover blemishes and stuff.
neutrogena works very well. i use that. also, you could try bare minerals.
you should use foundation that is oil-free, also when you put foundation on, put it on like concealer so dot it on blemishes and that sort of stuff. then just brush over a light amount of powder
Invest in primer and good quality make-up brushes.
