It really depends on your skin, actually. Your skin tone, the texture, the natural moisture (whether you're oily or dry or somewhere in between), and the age of your skin all make a difference. Some people have great skin, and can just use a little powder or tinted moisturizer and look amazing. Others need a whole set of products - the primer, the concealer, the foundation, the powder, etcetera, to even out skin tone and/or cover blemishes.
