I had one on my nose. It ended up being a form of skin cancer. Do get it checked and biopsied
trying getting it checked out by a doctor. the only think i can think of is that it could be a cold sore or a wart.
i have had those and if i squeezed so hard tears came to my eyes and i nearly screamed it did sort of burst and it was an ingrowing hair or blocked follicule or something because after that it went within a couple of days
