What is the best shine control product to use under foundation?

I've tried everything from Proactiv's shine control gel to Smashbox's shine control to Cornsilk. I like to clean and clear oil absorbing sheets, but is their anything else you can think of that I could wear under my makeup? I work at a desk with customers and I release a LOT of oil and can't use the sheets

in front of customers all day. If I used the sheets alone, I'd probably use 4 or 5 during a work shift. And YES, I do use foundation specially for oiley skin types. What is the best shine control product to use under foundation?
Well there are a lot of things that can help control your shine.

Be sure that you wash your face twice a day, with a facewash designed to control oil.

If you like the clean and clear line, you should stick to that. Try washing your face with something like this:

or

then, put on a moisturizer designed for shine as well like

or if you're willing to splurge a little bit, you can try this:

and the best part about sephora, is if you don't like it, you can return it even if you've used it. just be sure to keep the box and receipt.

and lastly, you should try using a foundation primer underneath your foundation with a shine control product in it. something like this will help a lot:
